JASON MILLER is a veteran talent manager with over 15 years of experience booking and developing stand-up comedians and variety performers for live audiences across theaters, comedy clubs, corporate events, and festivals nationwide. Known for his keen eye for talent and his hands-on, artist-first approach, Jason has helped launch and sustain the careers of dozens of successful acts — many of whom have gone on to appear on television, headline national tours, or secure residencies.
He specializes in matching performers to the right rooms, audiences, and opportunities — from rising comics breaking onto the scene to established headliners looking to expand their reach. In recent years, Jason has turned his focus toward cruise lines, recognizing them as one of the most consistent and rewarding platforms for live entertainment. Cruise work allows performers to showcase their talent for wide-ranging, diverse audiences while enjoying steady, professional opportunities — and Jason has positioned ABE to be a bridge between that demand and the artists he represents.
In addition to managing talent, Jason has extensive experience in negotiating contracts, building custom show lineups, and coordinating multi-city tours. His strength lies in creating seamless experiences for both performers and talent buyers, backed by long-standing relationships throughout the entertainment industry.

HEATHER LAWSON is the go-to expert for all things travel at Applause Break Entertainment. As the agency's Travel Specialist, she ensures that every performer's journey is seamless and stress-free. With over a decade of experience in travel coordination and logistics, Heather has mastered the art of getting talent where they need to be, on time and ready to shine.
Before joining ABE, Heather managed travel logistics for a major cruise line, refining her ability to handle complex itineraries and last-minute changes with ease. Her attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service make her an invaluable asset to the team and it's roster of world-class performers.
Heather holds degrees in Hospitality and Tourism Management and is certified in travel planning and logistics coordination. When she's not arranging trips, she's likely exploring new destinations herself or volunteering with local arts organizations.
